Height Equality Act or Senate Bill No. 1563 seek to lower height limit for all applicants of the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau Of Fire Protection (BFP) Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), and Bureau Of Correction (BuCor) of Former Ronal Bato Dela Rosa Passed on 2nd and Final Reading.

Under such propose From 5’3″ to 5’2″ for male and 5’2 to 5’00” for the female.

Under such proposed Bill states that Applicant that belongs to the Cultural Communities and Indigenous People Shall automatically be granted a height waiver.

Existing Law 1.62 meters (5′ 3”) for MALE and 1.57 meters (5’2”) for FEMALE.
